Kerala PWD's new mobile application for the public...PWD Fixit
PWD Fixit allows citizens to report road complaints to PWD. The app offers an easy to use platform to snap and send potholes and other road related issues to PWD.
The new PWD Fixit App is a free download for iOS and Android devices and is designed to improve communication, accountability and response time with the PWD. Anyone with a smartphone can take a picture of a pothole and upload it to the PWD Fixit App. All complaints will be geotagged and automatically sent to the PWD complaint management system. From there, a PWD engineer will be assigned to the project and will be able to provide status updates until complaint resolution.
The app will be available on Google Play Store and Apple Store from June 7 2021. The public can now report any complaints about public works roads through this app.
