പുതുതായി നിര്‍മ്മിച്ച കെട്ടിടത്തിന്  കെട്ടിട നമ്പര്‍ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനായി ഇതോടൊപ്പം ചേര്‍ത്തിട്ടുള്ള അപേക്ഷ ഫാറത്തിന്റെ മാതൃകയില്‍ അപേക്ഷ തയ്യാറാക്കി അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ചുവടെ ചേര്‍ക്കുന്ന രേഖകളും ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്ത് കെട്ടിടം സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്ന തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപന സെക്രട്ടറിക്ക് അപേക്ഷ സമര്‍പ്പിക്കുക.എസ് സി/എസ് റ്റി വിഭാഗക്കാര്‍ ഒഴികെയുള്ളവര്‍ 5 രൂപയുടെ കോര്‍ട്ട് ഫീ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് അപേക്ഷയില്‍ പതിച്ചിരിക്കണം.

അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടുന്ന രേഖകള്‍

1.      കെട്ടിടനിര്‍മ്മാണ പെര്‍മ്മിറ്റിന്റെ പകര്‍പ്പ്

2.     കംപ്ലീഷന്‍ സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്

3.     കംപ്ലീഷന്‍ പ്ലാന്‍

4.    തന്‍ വര്‍ഷത്തെ ഭൂനികുതി അടച്ച രസീത്

5.     ലൈസന്‍സിയുടെ ലൈസന്‍സിന്റെ പകര്‍പ്പ്

6.     കെവശാവകാശ സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്

7.     വസ്തുനികുതി ചട്ടം – ഫാറം-2 ലുള്ള റിട്ടേണ്‍.
